DPG-0062, Villanova – La Rosa Phase 1 & SOD:
Our scope for this project includes the design, supply, construction, commissioning, testing, and completion of the Main Contract Works for Villanova – La Rosa Phase 1 and the SOD Package. This encompasses the construction of 20 clusters (80 units) of 4 Plex, 11 clusters (66 units) of 6 Plex townhouses, as well as 4 townhouses and 4 villas at the Street of Dreams. Additionally, we are designing and constructing a pool house and gym at SOD. Located in the southeast of Dubai Land near Al Ain Road, this project will be completed within 676 days.

DPG-0062, Villanova – La Rosa Phase 2:
This phase includes the design, supply, construction, and commissioning of the Main Contract Works for Villanova – La Rosa Phase 2. It features 33 clusters (132 units) of 4 Plex and 24 clusters (144 units) of 6 Plex townhouses. Construction will take place in the southeast of Dubai Land, close to Al Ain Road, with a completion timeline of 702 days.
